Laughter Yoga online:
Every Thursday afternoon from 5.00 pm for 30-minutes, regular visitors and newcomers are welcome to join this online session via Zoom. Please see the link below:

Walk + Laughter Session:
The next Walk + Laughter Yoga session will take place on Friday, 20 February 2026 starting at 10.30 am from Himley Hall and Park, Himley, Dudley, DY3 4DF. We meet by the pay station on the main car park – £3.50 car park fee.
