Sedgley Session
I am excited to be starting a new session in Sedgley. The first session will take place on Tuesday, 21 January 2025 in Room 4, Sedgley Community Centre, Ladies Walk, Sedgley, Dudley, DY3 3UA from 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm. You can also find details for this session at:

I am also happy to run ‘in-person’ and Zoom Laughter Yoga sessions for Corporate, Voluntary Organisations and Groups for a fee. Again, please contact me for more information.
ZOOM – ONLINE SESSIONS
I am also running a weekly Laughter Yoga session on Thursday evenings from 5.00 pm on ZOOM for between 20 – 30 minutes. Please contact me for the Zoom link and password.
Once on the Zoom page, click ‘Zoom.us’. You will be asked for the ‘Password’ and when inserted you will see another screen where you can choose to use your camera or not. Make your choice and you will be directed to join the session. You may have to wait in a ‘waiting room’ for the host to bring you in.
