With COVID Pandemic continuing into 2021, Laughter Yoga sessions continued to take place using the Zoom application on-line. As part of the team on the Daily Giggle Channel, here is a screen-shot from one of our sessions in March 2021:

At the end of a laughter Yoga session, participants take part in Laughter Meditation where they sustain deep belly laughter for up to 5 minutes. This is the climax of the session, which is both exhausting and invigorating:
